Every situation is handled in a personal and professional way. Our standard range is not endless, but the possibilities of our workshop are.
Besides that, PlasTec is also a solution provider who likes to guide you through the steps in the development of your plastic profile. Our skilled team looks further than merely designing and creating, but thinks along with you and proposes the most efficient comprehensive solution. That often means that we also take care of the post-processing of the profiles and dot the i’s and cross the t’s of your project. This can save you both money and time.
Extrusion & Co-extrusion
PlasTec manufactures the most diverse profiles on a vast machinery, both hard and soft profiles or a combination of both (co-extrusion). Our production is up and running five 5 days a week, 24/24 in a shift system of three shifts. This enables PlasTec to produce swiftly and flexibly.
We also offer an endless combination of colours and raw materials. Our extensive production capacity allows us to deliver profiles both in extrusion and co-extrusion. With co-extrusion, different colours and plastics can be combined into one extrusion profile. We can also ensure a combination of raw materials (extrusion and/or co-extrusion). Examples are:
- A combination of hard/hard or hard/soft of the same plastic
- A combination of hard with TPU, TPE ...
- A combination of different colours
- A compound filled with reinforced components (such as clay, lime, metal, glass fibre and wood fibre ...)

- Polypropylene: [PP homo & copolymer]

Post-processing of plastic profiles
The production lines of PlasTec are fitted with additional equipment that allows them to post-process the profile:
- Protective foil
- Decorative foil
- Double-sided tape
- Inkjet or laser for traceability
- Punching, milling, drilling
- Assembly in line
- Personalized label, with or without your company logo
